Roof Repair Smedway's Flat Roof Repair crews are trained on TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen systems across Ava, not general shingle work applied to a flat surface.
A flat roof leak rarely shows up directly above where the water actually entered — membrane systems move water laterally before it drips through.
Commercial Flat Roof Repair scheduling is built around minimizing disruption to your Ava business operations.
Every Flat Roof Repair technician carries current Ava, NY licensing for commercial roofing work.
We coordinate timing to reduce impact on tenants or foot traffic wherever possible.
No surprise costs once we're already on the roof mid-repair.
Hot-air welding equipment ensures a proper bond on every TPO Flat Roof Repair repair.
Flat roof issues cover a specific range of membrane and drainage problems — here's our Flat Roof Repair scope.
We test repaired seams for a proper bond before considering the Flat Roof Repair job complete.
We identify the membrane type first, since EPDM and TPO repairs use different adhesive systems.
We identify why water is pooling — often a low spot or blocked drain — before recommending a solution.
Modified bitumen blisters and seam issues are repaired using proper torch-down or cold-adhesive technique depending on the situation.
Clogged or damaged drains are a leading cause of Ava flat roof ponding and membrane stress.
We reseal and reflash equipment curbs as part of a thorough Flat Roof Repair inspection.
We start by discussing the issue — ponding, active leak, or visible membrane damage.
On-site assessment identifies the membrane type and the actual cause of the issue.
Drainage and ponding issues are assessed alongside any visible membrane damage.
Repairs are completed using membrane-appropriate technique, then tested before we consider the job done.
TPO seam repair was clean, tested it before leaving to make sure it actually held.
